4. Local Data Processing

This is the most important section of our Privacy Policy. PrimeConnect connects directly to your local QuickBooks® Desktop installation. All import, export, and delete operations happen entirely on your computer.

No QuickBooks® data — including transactions, customer records, vendor information, account balances, or any other financial data — is ever uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. Your books stay on your machine, period.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate PrimeConnect:

Analytics: We collect aggregate usage data (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. No QuickBooks® data is included in analytics.
Payment Processing: Subscription payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
Email Communications: We use a third-party email service to send product updates and support communications.

No QuickBooks® data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.

PrimeConnect is a business tool designed for accounting professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
