- Account Information: Your name, email address, and QuickBooks® Desktop version, collected during registration.
- Usage Analytics: Aggregate data about feature usage and error reports to help us improve the Software. This data does not include any QuickBooks® financial data.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the PrimeConnect service.
- Send product updates, security notifications, and service announcements.
- Analyze usage patterns to improve PrimeConnect's features and performance.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
4. Local Data Processing
This is the most important section of our Privacy Policy. PrimeConnect connects directly to your local QuickBooks® Desktop installation. All import, export, and delete operations happen entirely on your computer.
No QuickBooks® data — including transactions, customer records, vendor information, account balances, or any other financial data — is ever uploaded to, processed by, or stored on our servers. Your books stay on your machine, period.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate PrimeConnect:
- Analytics: We collect aggregate usage data (feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. No QuickBooks® data is included in analytics.
- Payment Processing: Subscription payments are handled by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.
- Email Communications: We use a third-party email service to send product updates and support communications.
No QuickBooks® data is shared with any third party under any circumstances.
6. Cookies & Tracking

PrimeConnect is a business tool designed for accounting professionals and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
